Nicole Bravo is the Senior Manager of Special Projects at ELSF. In this role she supports the team with different initiatives both internally and externally in order to forward ELSF’s mission. Prior to joining ELSF, Nicole worked at Student Achievement Partners (SAP) as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Program Manager, and finally as Portfolio Manager. At SAP, Nicole managed projects and partnerships working with districts, states, partner organizations and funders, all with the goal of improving academic success for all students. She also created the organization’s first Program Management function which oversaw the work of the organization in its entirety, while taking a human-centered approach to resourcing staff. Nicole holds a B.A. and M.A. in International Relations from the University of La Verne and Claremont Graduate University respectively, along with being PMP® certified. California born and raised, Nicole currently resides in Southern California with her parents, partner Alex and mischievous but cute dog, Georgie.
