Laura Beth Kelly is an assistant professor at Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee. She was a classroom teacher in general elementary programs, bilingual programs, and high school Spanish. She holds National Board Certification in early to middle childhood in reading and language arts. Laura’s research addresses language and literacy learning and teaching in culturally and linguistically diverse environments.
