California ELA/ELD/SLA adoptions forum and survey

With the upcoming California ELA/ELD/Spanish Language Arts adoption in 2026, it’s critical for our state leaders and curriculum developers to better understand the need for high-quality instructional materials that are supportive of all students-especially multilingual learners.

That’s why Californians Together and ELSF are partnering to uplift voices across the state by surveying districts’ current experiences with their instructional materials and their plans for adoption in the upcoming cycle.  And this is where we need to hear from CA education leaders: Complete this brief survey to ensure your district’s perspective is included in our call to action around the needs of ELA/ELD/SLA materials? 

Register for ELSF's Virtual ELA/ELD/SLA Forum on Dec 16th from 12-1:30 pm.  This focus group setting will help deepen a call to action for decision-makers and curriculum publishers, so that districts have better choices when adopting ELA/ELD/SLA materials in the coming years. Attendees gain expert advice, tools, and resources to better advocate for MLL-focused adoption and implementation of materials.
