Carolina Paz-Giraldo

Carolina Paz-Giraldo is a Senior Project Manager at ELSF. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing projects from their inception to completion. Her experience spans various fields, including language learning, K-12 education, teaching programs, and educational publishing. Carolina has successfully implemented data-driven systems that enhance differentiated learning, curriculum design, and professional development. She is dedicated to making a meaningful impact towards a fair and inclusive education.

Carolina's educational background includes a B.A. in Spanish from Universidad Pedagógica Nacional de Colombia, an M.Ed. in Educational Technology from Texas A&M University, and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Universitat de Barcelona. She resides in Houston, Texas, with her husband, children, and a playful corgi named Iris.
