Nikki Rank

Nikki is an educator of multilingual learners (MLLs) from Kindergarten to adult. She is the ENL teacher and coordinator for a middle school in NYC and works with staff and families to promote best practices for MLLs. She is also the school librarian and is passionate about incorporating equity for diverse learners through literacy. She also collaborated with her colleagues across Manhattan on an innovative technology-based curriculum that used the Scratch coding program to integrate language learning with STEAM. Nikki has a BA in English Language and Literature, an MA in TESOL, and an MA in Educational Administration from CUNY Hunter College. She currently lives in New York
