Alberto Garcia

Alberto Garcia is a Teacher on Special Assignment with the Department of English Learner Services in Fresno Unified School District. He has been an educator for the past 6 years and has taught kindergarten and first grades. Alberto also holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from California State University, Fresno. He believes all students should be college and career ready by the time they graduate from high school. Alberto’s experiences include elementary teacher, English learner staff developer, early learning demonstration teacher, district English language arts advisory committee member, and district assessment council member. He is also proud to say that he was a Mini-Corps tutor at California State University, Fresno.
