Nicole Bravo

Nicole Bravo is the Chief of Staff at ELSF. In this role she focuses on strategic priorities that advance the organization in its mission and growth. Nicole also builds relationships with the team, works to maintain a strong organizational culture, and helps to grow the team to meet the needs of ELSF. Prior to joining ELSF, Nicole worked at Student Achievement Partners (SAP) as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Program Manager, and finally as Portfolio Manager. At SAP, Nicole managed projects and partnerships working with districts, states, partner organizations and funders, all with the goal of improving academic success for all students. She also oversaw the work of the organization in its entirety while taking a human-centered approach to resourcing staff. Nicole holds a B.A. and M.A. in International Relations from the University of La Verne and Claremont Graduate University respectively, along with being PMP® certified. California born and raised, Nicole currently resides in Southern California with her parents, partner Alex and mischievous but cute dog, Georgie.
